Not another California wellness coach— carbs are not the enemy in the house, and your occasional sweet treats are safe with me.
It’s more about adding in the good-for-you stuff than it is about taking things away. No one food is the enemy– but negative self-talk and shame-spiraling are certainly not invited. Through inward exploration, mindfulness practices, nurturing foods, the right movement, and gentle guidance, you’ll get to know your body’s signals; you’ll learn how to mindset shift, problem solve, reframe, and release habits and behaviors that you know aren’t working. I’ll walk with you as you cut through the noise and learn how to better your health in a way that fits into your life, without unrealistic or unsustainable expectations.
