This is about so much more than protein. Carbs are not the enemy in this house, and your occasional sweet treats are safe with me. It’s more about adding in the good-for-you stuff than taking things away—not only with nutrition and movement, but with whatever supports you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Shame, self-blame, and toxic wellness culture? Super not invited.

My work with clients goes far beyond food. I blend clinical nursing expertise with whole-being, integrative, therapy-like coaching. Through inward exploration, mindfulness practices, nourishing fuel, the right movement, and kind yet candid guidance, you’ll get to know your body’s signals, shift unhelpful patterns, problem-solve, reframe, and release worn-out habits and behaviors that aren’t working, in all areas of your life.

This isn’t the rushed, generic health advice we’re used to getting at the doctor’s office. It’s not a meal plan or a set of one-size-fits-all steps. This is root-cause, down-to-earth, real-life support for lasting change. I’ll walk with you as you cut through the noise and learn how to better your well-being in a way that fits into your life—without unrealistic or unsustainable expectations.
