“I originally started working with Erin to get a grasp on ways to eat healthier, care for my body better, and understand everything being thrown at us on social media (e.g. hormone health, protein, water intake, supplements, etc.). In a world with constant comparison and self-worth issues, Erin is such a bright light in how she approaches health and wellness, especially for women. What originally started as nutrition/health coaching, has turned into so much more. At the beginning of our sessions, I was working with Erin and also seeing a therapist for my own mental health. But Erin is just that good at what she does—I soon realized she offered everything I needed in one place, and I no longer felt the need to continue with my therapist. Now I’m able to see her solely for both nutrition and mental health support! Erin provides holistic care when working with her clients and while I still have some work to do and goals I want to meet, I definitely feel more prepared and grounded with getting there.”

“I had just ‘graduated’ from therapy but was looking for someone to help me make adjustments to be more healthy. I am so grateful to have found “Doctor” Erin (as we refer to her in our house) to gently parent me through eating habits that I should have learned as a kid… such as eating vegetables and protein.
In a way, my sessions with Erin are similar to therapy— I get to talk about why I make the choices I do. She works with me (all parts of me) to find ways to take care of myself so I am more mindful of my body’s needs. I feel like I can show up as my full self. I’m prone to all or nothing changes and Erin works with me to make slower progress that mostly sticks, because it considers all parts of me.
She is like something between therapist and a psychic, which is exactly what I need right now.”

“I initially started doing sessions with Erin because I wanted to create a better balance in my eating habits, thinking that food was the key to improving my health. But as the sessions progressed, I quickly discovered that true health goes far beyond just what we eat. What began as a focus on physical well-being naturally shifted into deeper conversations around mental and emotional health. I began to understand how closely my mental state was tied to how I felt physically—how stress, anxiety, and even unspoken emotions could manifest in my body. Through this process, I’ve learned so much about myself and have experienced real personal growth. From learning how to manage stress more effectively to setting and maintaining boundaries, I’ve developed tools that support every area of my life. Our sessions have become a space where I can express myself freely, reflect on what I’m going through, and feel supported without judgment. Over the past year—amidst all the changes and challenges—I’ve leaned into that space to help me navigate life more mindfully and with greater self-awareness.”

“I reached out to Erin because after having two kids and a very demanding job, I didn’t feel like my body belonged to me anymore. And with my 40th birthday approaching, I knew I wanted to invest in myself and move into this season of life with a healthy, balanced relationship with my favorite person: me. Working with Erin has been so fun and life-affirming. I feel like she’s taking care of so much more than just my nutrition: my mental health, boundaries, work-life balance, all of it. She cares about me as a person, and helping me meet my physical health goals is just one facet of the care she provides. My time with Erin has changed my relationship with food and with my body. Before, I would draw hard lines, set impossible goals, and then be upset when I didn’t meet them. Now I feel like I’m working with my body and not against it. I can feel and see the difference. My body is not just lighter, but happier.”

“Erin is an incredible coach. She’s present, understanding, knowledgeable. I came to her in the throes of my volatile relationship with food - swinging extremes from restricting to overeating and back. She’s helping me calm that pattern and explore new paths forward, ones that are much gentler on my body and mind. I’m so grateful for her and would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for a holistic and sustainable approach to wellness. Her care is above and beyond - I truly can’t speak highly enough about her calming energy and compassionate approach to coaching.”

“I originally reached out to Erin as a way to facilitate weight loss following baby #2. What I ended up with was a completely changed mindset, accountability, and lifestyle changes that will last beyond my sessions with Erin. These changes are those in which I have started to implement for my entire family. From reading labels, avoiding added sugars, and navigating health through the unpredictable season of parenting young kids — working with Erin has changed the way I view progress and the definition of success which is no longer just about the number on the scale!”

“Erin has helped me so much with my diet, but beyond that, my mindset around food. She is always in my corner.
The tools she is giving me help me make strong choices, and her encouragement in our sessions lingers in my mind between our meetings.
With Erin's help, I feel confident in the choices I am making, secure in the fact that I am on a healthy path, even when bumps occur. Erin is always positive, but she is realistic. She delivers a plan to reach each goal we set together. I am so thankful I have Erin as a coach.”

“I 100% recommend working with Erin to get your health and nutrition back on track. I had recently gone through a pretty large weight gain and felt like my health was slipping. With how busy my work and home life has been, it's hard to stay on track. Even though I know the basics on how to eat healthy and exercise, having a coach to keep me on a plan and even introduce new products has been incredibly valuable for me over the last few months. Erin's compassion and patience as we sorted through a plan that worked for me was the icing on the cake. I noticed a drastic improvement in not only my weight but also my overall wellbeing, including mental health, within a few weeks. Erin has me feeling like I did when I was in my early 20s and I cannot wait to see how I feel in a few more months.”

“My goal in reaching out to Erin was to focus on my nutrition prior to returning to marathon training after an injury prevented me from distance running for some time. Unfortunately, I had a pretty significant health challenge present itself just as I was returning to distance running. Erin realized quickly that our focus should shift to include learning ways to cope with this new challenge given the significant impact it had on my health and overall well-being. She worked with me to find ways to cope with the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that I was experiencing that worked for me. She helped me incorporate changes to the foods I was eating to help aid in my recovery and she also made sure the changes were ones I was able to manage given my time and energy levels at different points along the way. Erin has been a great source of support and guidance for improving my overall health and well-being. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve struggled making good-for-me food choices and with being self-shaming for as long as I can remember. After starting tamoxifen in 2021, a medication for breast cancer prevention, my weight increased significantly and my body hurt. Workouts and eating in a calorie deficit weren’t cutting it. I did several medical provider- recommended programs to address my weight and gut health in the recent past without much relief. Then I saw a post from Erin, and it just felt right. She listens and challenges and has helped me to love the body that’s gotten me this far. Because she listens and researched my specific needs, she was able to recommend a supplement to curb the tamoxifen side effects, and now my body doesn’t hurt like it used to. Instead of daily joint pain, now I just get sore from my workouts. She’s got me working out more effectively than I have since playing sports as a teenager. She’s got me eating foods I enjoy and being mindful and intentional about my choices. She gets me. I love that.”

“Erin has been so helpful to work with! I had seen a nutritionist before who told me to eat more vegetables and I’ll be fine... not very helpful. Erin is all about implementing small, practical steps to helping you eat healthier and feel fuller. Prior to seeing Erin, I had been doing F45 four times a week and calorie counting for 6 months, and there were 0 results on my InBody scan.
After seeing her for only a few weeks, and an InBody scan later, I had lost 3lbs of body fat and gained .5lb of muscle. She’s a miracle worker - highly recommend working with her!”

“After having my second baby I had really deprioritized caring for myself. I knew that I needed to refocus on staying healthy and strong for my boys but needed support. My old habits were no longer manageable. That’s when I started working with Erin. And thank God I did. She helped me to rewire my way of thinking and set goals that fit into my new life. I’m making better choices, fitting in movement where I can, and these small changes have me feeling like me again - a little bit more each day. I’m happier and my boys are happier too.”

Before working with Erin, I had resigned myself to a state of subpar physical and mental health. I’d built inconsistent habits that took a toll on my well-being, attributing the consequences to genetics, my ADHD diagnosis, or simply my age. While I wanted to prioritize wellness, I convinced myself that I lacked the time, money, knowledge, or willpower to make any impactful commitment. I was concerned that any type of program would invite a lot of scrutiny and frankly judgement of my habits, requiring a complete and unwelcome overhaul of my lifestyle.
Working with Erin couldn’t have been more conducive to my busy lifestyle or less judgy. She was an accessible and receptive resource, offering support in every aspect of my health and well-being. Erin took the time to deeply understand my goals and concerns, thoughtfully identifying which habits were contributing to my overall sense of feeling, well, crappy. I think what sets Erin apart was her holistic approach. Beyond simply listening to me, she took the time to look at the potential root causes. She analyzed my bloodwork and test results, helping me make sense of the numbers in the ways my doctors had never been able to take the time to. Her ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and reassuring way not only put my mind at ease but also empowered me to make informed decisions. Every recommendation she made was personalized, practical, and aligned with my individual needs.
Our sessions just felt like conversations with a dear friend, yet I walked away each time with meaningful insights and actionable steps that felt manageable to implement and, more importantly, sustainable. Erin’s guidance has helped me build mindfulness, accountability, and a deeper understanding of my health. What once felt daunting now feels approachable, and I am incredibly grateful for her unwavering support.
If you’re considering taking a step toward better health, I can’t recommend Erin enough.

“I wasn’t sure I was truly ready to start the journey to be a healthier version of myself or even what that healthier version looked like until I reached out to Erin, curious about her services. She gave me the space to be vulnerable about my insecurities and the courage to be brave and take the leap to put my health first. Within the first two weeks of seeing her, she suggested specific labs/bloodwork to be tested based on my symptoms. Once she reviewed the labs, she provided me with a plan and suggested supplements that, once I started, began to alleviate many of the symptoms that were impacting my physical and mental health. Her compassionate approach has helped me get back to feeling like myself—all while providing education and tools to set me up for success in the long run.”

“I started working with Erin because, ultimately, I wanted to lose weight. During the 3 months that I worked with Erin, though, I have gained invaluable tools for maintaining overall health, which is SO much more than weight. I learned a lot about myself and often felt like Erin could see into my soul. I realize this sounds dramatic, but she truly seems to be able to make connections about feelings & behaviors that even I didn’t realize myself, but that I really needed to hear and to say out loud. I have felt like I needed a therapist for years and have always had a hard time finding a good fit and/or finding the time. My sessions with Erin felt like a nice balance of nutritional health guidance mixed with a lot of work focused on self-love and gratitude that helped to fill that therapy need for me. In fact, I really began to notice a decrease in my anger issues with my toddler and my road rage once I began working with Erin! Unexpected, but wonderful benefits. She is warm and very caring, which are important traits to me in a provider of any kind. I cried, we laughed, and I came out of the other end of these sessions with Coach Erin with a much better understanding of what being healthy really means and practical tools on how to do that moving forward with balance. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart!”

“Working with Erin has been such a great and rewarding experience. I am a 67 yr old female and thought I knew everything about food management. Erin gave me so many new tools to use on my journey. My love-hate relationship with food took a turn during this time. I’ve done all the programs, Omada, Weight Watchers (about 20 times), eat all meat, eat carbs, don’t eat carbs, etc., etc. Since working with Erin, I’ve been practicing mindful eating. And I’ve adopted a new motto that I think about when I’m about to pick up something that maybe doesn’t suit my nutritional needs: “WWES” (What Would Erin Say), and usually that stops me. I’ve become so much more mindful about food, what to eat, what really doesn’t serve me well, how I want to feel later today or in the morning. Have I been perfect? No. But because of Erin, I do not beat myself up anymore. I don’t stress over what I am going to eat if we go out to dinner, or to a party, or traveling. I just don’t make it so important. I’ve adopted good daily habits, thanks to the nudging of Erin. I realized that if I didn’t change my mindset and habits, I would forever just be spinning in circles. And I was getting very dizzy. Erin has a gentle way of helping you over your hurdles, your own mindset, and is very mindful of the person I am and want to be. I can’t say enough about how good I feel about myself, and how I’ve finally put myself first in taking care of me. I love this new mindful road I am on, and am so grateful for Erin’s help in getting me on that right path.”

"I started working with Erin in April 2024, after literal months of feeling the urge to reach out to her, and I only wish I had done it sooner! The connection during our first session was seamless. In addition to her holistic and individualized approach to providing information and education about health and nutrition, I cannot say enough about how Erin’s spirit and warmth makes working with her truly invaluable. I end each session feeling renewed mind, body, and soul, reminding me the importance of mental/emotional health going hand in hand with physical health. I’m SO grateful I listened to my gut in pursuing working with Erin. Being aligned with her philosophy and approach has already helped me improve accountability in different areas in my life, and I feel confident that with continued support in reaching my future health goals."
