$190/session
Initial commitment of intake session + 4 standard weekly sessions; choice of paying in advance or at time of session, but same total price either way
After your five sessions, if you wish to continue, you can choose one of the below options:
Continue to pay $190/ session with no specified time or frequency commitment, e.g. check in every ~3 weeks, or keep meeting weekly but only for another couple months- a bit more scheduling flexibility built in
Commit to an additional 12 weekly sessions at $165/ session or an additional four 2x monthly sessions at $180/session- less scheduling flexibility but lower cost
** For weekly and 2x monthly commitment, there’s some flexibility when it comes to end date, based on mutual availability. We'll discuss this in advance. After a certain date, the client will be charged for the commitment price, whether the session was fulfilled or not. We will make sure we’re in mutual agreement and understanding of that date.

If a client wishes to commit to 4 months, payment options are as follows:
Weekly sessions, $165/session x 16 charged at time of session ($400 total savings)
Advanced payment in full for 4 months with weekly sessions: $30/session discount ($160/session x 16) - $480 total savings
2x a month, $180/session x 8 charged at time of session ($80 total savings)
Advanced payment in full for 4 months with 2x a month sessions: $15/session discount ($175/session x 8) - $120 total savings
Continuation options after 4 months:
Continue with an open-ended timing/frequency (e.g. client wants to check in every 3 weeks, client wants to still meet weekly but only for 2 more months): $190/session
An additional 4 month commitment: $165/session (weekly sessions), $180/session (2x monthly sessions); charged at time of session
Advanced payment discount (same as above); $30 discount/session for weekly sessions ($160), $15 discount/session for 2x weekly sessions ($175)

Limited session fee (1-3 sessions at $250/each) - this is for clients who are seeking insight, information, and expertise, and don’t require help with behavior change or emotional/lifestyle alteration support*
Examples: you want me to look at a quick snapshot of your diet and make suggestions for change; you want education on what a balanced daily diet would look like; you want me to look at your lab values and help make sense of your recent PCP/specialist(s) visits; you’re confused about a recent diagnosis and want easy-to-understand explanation and expectations from a medical professional with nutrition advisory; you want help relieving migraines through diet, movement, and supplements
After 1-3 sessions, clients will have the option to sign on for more sessions at the 4-month commitment pricing, or $190/session without timing or frequency.
*This is not recommended for those who have been on a diet in the past, those with a history of disordered eating, or those who do best with structured accountability.
All sessions are preceded by a +/- 25 minute free consultation call. I respect the financial and time commitment my clients are making, and won’t take on a client if I don’t think I’m the best fit for their needs.
