  • 2-hour advisory session, $495

    A personalized, in-depth session designed to help you understand your full health picture clearly— or you just want help cutting through the wellness industry noise.

    What’s included:

    • preceding free consult to make sure I think I can help

    • thorough, personalized pre-session review and preparation to ensure our time is focused and tailored to you

    • physical & mental health history + medication analysis

    • root-cause symptom assessment

    • bloodwork interpretation and/or suggested bloodwork— more than the standard surface-level labs

    • western medicine-trained + multi-modality guidance:

      • recommended specialists

      • lifestyle, exercise, and/or diet changes

      • supplement or medication suggestions

    • how to advocate for yourself in the ever-more-frustrating US healthcare system

    • clear, grounded answers + actionable next steps

    • brief follow-up via email for anything directly related to what we covered (e.g. recommendations or clarification)

    In our session, I see you as a whole, multi-faceted being — everything you’re navigating physically, mentally, emotionally, and environmentally matters. It’s a different experience than the doctor’s office; you won’t leave feeling unheard or rushed out the door.

  • Fed up with how little is taught about women’s health and our bodies, Maddie Simpson (Certified Full-Spectrum Doula) and I co-created Know Your Flow—a presentation on the menstrual cycle with information you’re unlikely to ever get in school or at the doctor’s office.

    This workshop helps attendees understand the natural fluctuation of hormones throughout the month and how to work with those shifts—through movement, nutrition, and knowledge—rather than against them. So you feel more prepared for menopause, getting pregnant, avoiding pregnancy, or simply navigating everyday life.

    It’s not just for women; it’s also valuable for managers, dads, and anyone who supports or works with menstruating humans.

    We can tailor Know Your Flow to fit the desired length and the specific needs of your company, student organization, or even a girls’ night.
